MyHoles Body Jewellery may change or withdraw any part of myholes.co.uk at any time without prior notice.
MyHoles Body Jewellery may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of myholes.co.uk upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and MyHoles Body Jewellery and may only be amended in writing.
By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to MyHoles Body Jewellery for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct.
Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any "down time".
MyHoles.co.uk may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Purchasing

You can purchase any of our products via the following methods:

Place an online order on MyHoles.co.uk
By post: You are able to send us orders by post by completing your order online, and selecting "Pay by Cheque, Postal Order or Concealed Cash". You can then print your order to send with your payment.

All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
MyHoles Body Jewellery may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such.
Any defective, damaged or incorrect orders shipped will be replaced or refunded according to our terms and conditions ONLY if we are notified within 7 days of receiving your order and it is reasonable to do so.
All products and services are subject to availability. MyHoles Body Jewellery endeavours to keep accurate stock levels however in the event of an item being out of stock it will be deleted from your order or replaced with a similar product. If the item purchased is still required and a similar replacement cannot be found we will retain the order until such time that the item ordered comes back into stock.

Pricing & Payment

All prices seen on the website are final and MyHoles Body Jewellery does not charge VAT. Any pricing errors will result in you order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.
All payments are taken in GBP (UK Pound Sterling).
Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.
All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of MyHoles Body Jewellery until paid for in full.
MyHoles Body Jewellery does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party. See Privacy Policy.
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). A PayPal account is not required.

Price Match Policy

We are so confident that our prices are the lowest available in the UK, that if you find the same goods cheaper elsewhere in the UK, we will beat the price! In the unlikely event that you find our goods cheaper somewhere else, simply send us a link to the appropriate web page, and we guarantee to sell you the item(s) cheaper than the price you found.

Prices must be published on an established UK based online store with its own domain (e.g.- www.myholes.co.uk, www.another-shop.com), and priced in GBP Pounds Sterling.
Goods must be new, identical, freely available to any member of the public, and in stock for purchase on that same day. The offer must be identical, including any free items or incentives.
The price must also be for the same quantity as ordered, and therefore excludes any inappropriate bulk discounts. This guarantee applies to goods only, and does not apply to Postage and Packaging.
MyHoles Body Jewellery reserves the right to refuse purchases and to withdraw this promotion at any time, without prior notice.

Receive one point for every pound you spend. Points are worth 5p, and can be redeemed on your next order, or saved up.
You are required to register on this website to start collecting point.

All orders are sent in plain packaging, with a return address label on which our name is simply abbreviated to 'MHBJ'; so it's safe to send it to your workplace etc.
Shipping price covers the cost of sending the item plus packaging.
Your shipping price is calculated by weight at the checkout, so you get the best possible price rather than paying an expensive flat rate like you see on many other sites!
Orders made before 13:00GMT, Monday - Friday, 12:00GMT Saturday, are usually sent the same day.

Returns

All items are quality checked before dispatch, and we cannot be held responsible for items damaged in the post.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on body jewellery.
Please note that all returns must be confirmed by MyHoles Body Jewellery by e-mail. Any goods sent back without prior consent from us will be sent back at your cost.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
If you would like to return your items, other than body jewellery, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items, minus a 10% processing fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the amount it cost us to send will also be deducted from your refund.
Royal Mail will generally try at least two delivery attempts before the order will be sent back to us. If you are using a shipping method that requires the recipient to sign for the package please ensure you or someone on your behalf is available to sign for the package. You will be liable for any additional return or resend charges if you are not available to sign for your package.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item(s), apart from body jewellery, for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. You will be liable for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy (above) also applies.
