What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept all major credit/debit cards, bank tansfer, and regular account payments all through PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account.

We also accept personal cheques, postal orders, and concealed cash. To pay by one of these methods, simply go through the checkout process and print the order form on the payment page.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

When will my order arrive, and how much is postage and packaging?

In the UK, Second Class postage is free on orders of £15 or more. For orders under £15, and for orders sent by other methods, postage is calculated by weight.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. At the checkout, you can select from the following postage methods: First Class, Second Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, and Standard Parcels.
International orders are sent by Airmail. Items sent to Europe are usually received 3-4 days after dispatch, and countries outside of Europe approx 5 days.

Orders made before 13:00 GMT, Monday - Saturday are usually sent the same day.
